A few words about us

Our company has been on the market since 2006. We deal with creating conservational documentation supporting the conservation, renovation and adaptation of historic buildings as well as with stylish interior design. We work both in Poland and abroad (e.g. in Germany). We have a collection of carpentry from the areas of old Prussia. We will be happy to start cooperation both in Poland and abroad.

Anna Żarska-Blumicz, M.A., is the owner of the company. She is a heritage conservator and a heritage specialist. She received her M.A. degree from the Conservation Institute of the Faculty of Fine Arts
at Nicolaus Coppernicus University in Toruń. She has also received the Zachwatowicz award
in the competition of research in architecture conservation.

We offer the following services:

• we provide conservational cataloguing (measuring and drawing) for historic buildings and their details (roof framing, door and window framing, verandas, wooden ceilings). We work on wooden, brick, stone, and skeletal structures.
• we make conservational documentation for wooden and brick buildings, as well as for their details:
  1. professional conservational documentation of the necessary jobs before work on a building starts,
  2. professional as-built documentation,
  3. conservation programmes,
  4. photographic documentation,
  5. conservational supervision of performed work.
• we issue opinions concerning historic architecture and construction:
  1. opinions concerning listing the building in the heritage register,
  2. opinions concerning removing the building from the heritage register.
• We design the window and door framing for historic buildings. We apply artistic historic solutions
  and modern construction ones in the framing.
• We design stylish interiors of historic buildings.

We cooperate with people who have building licences and provide services in terms of:

• projects of renovating buildings,
• technical specifications of realisation and commissioning of construction works,
• investor's estimates of necessary works to be done,
• take-offs,
• BIOZ information (safety and health protection in construction sites).
